Hearing the c-word is life-altering. One moment life is normal, and the next a flood of emotions takes over. Most don’t hear what else the doctor has to say.
We all know the journey is rough. It may be long; it may be painful. It’s filled with a lot anxiety, a lot of worry and a lot of uncertainty.
Angel Fund volunteers work hard to raise funds to provide cancer patients with a little bit of hope.
It may be a gas card to get to and from appointments. It may be a gift card to the local Walmart to purchase new clothes because treatment has changed your shape, or maybe it’s a gift card to the local grocery story so you can buy the proper nutritional supplements. Or maybe you need a wig, but don’t want to shell out the money when you have other bills to pay.
Let us ease your financial burdens with a small gift.
If you are currently battling cancer or coming off recent treatment and are a Northeastern Minnesota resident, then you are eligible to apply.
Please fill out the form to the best of your ability, including specifying your current needs. The request will be put before the Board of Directors for consideration and you will receive a response in the form of a letter.
Even if you don’t feel you need assistance and are battling cancer, we ask you to apply. Give us the honor of gifting you too.
